Twin spindles and twin cutters: end-face and step-face machining of aluminium window profiles.
The EM620 is a CNC end-milling center for aluminium window and door profiles.
Twin spindles carry twin cutters, so both strokes of the gantry cut metal and the machine never idles. One of the two spindles indexes automatically for horizontal and vertical cutting, and turns through 0°–180° for angled end-milling.
High-force clamping holds several profiles at once, and barcode-driven ERP integration keeps the workflow at scan, press, machine. The 2900 × 580 mm worktable accepts profiles up to 250 mm high.
