The A600 is HEGA's intelligent workstation, built from proven standard stations: milling, 400 mm and 600 mm end-milling and precision saw cutting are combined into one line that is configured around your profile mix and extended as output grows.
A CODESYS-based control kernel keeps every station in step — dual X-axis channels drill and mill around the full 360° of the profile, two laser heads scribe datum and machining lines, and the labelling unit prints ERP-defined labels on the spot. Raw profile enters at one end, a finished part leaves at the other.
The line runs profiles from 600 to 7000 mm with a section of up to 120 × 155 mm and ± 0.1 mm positioning accuracy; average consumption stays around 10 kW·h.

Any-Angle End Milling & Saw Cutting
180° rotatable double-output spindles for end milling, plus 30° – 150° saw cutting for special-shaped window and door angles
Auto Labelling
Labelling unit prints ERP-defined content on the spot, ready for scan-to-process
Machining Data Interconnection
Connects to mainstream window & door ERP and MES systems — scan the label and the machine loads the program
