Machine Overview
Long-profile four-axis machining — a 7000 mm X-axis, an 11 kW / 24000 rpm servo spindle, and three faces in a single clamping.
The M4-7000 is a four-axis machining center for long aluminium profiles — window and door frames, curtain-wall mullions and cabinet members that would otherwise need re-clamping.
A 7000 mm X-axis and 95 / 60 / 40 m/min feed carry the head along the full length of the profile, while the spindle swings −15° to +195° so that one clamping machines three faces.
Every clamp position is servo-driven from the CAM program, and the graphical HMI simulates the job in 3D before the first cut. Processing data is downloaded online and progress is fed back to MES.
