EM620 Twin-Spindle End Milling — Every Stroke Counts

The EM620 CNC End-Milling Machine is built around twin spindles with twin cutters. One spindle automatically indexes between horizontal and vertical cutting, so profile changes need no manual setup — milling that is more flexible and more productive.

ERP-linked and barcode-driven: with HEGA, the workflow is simply scan, press, and machine. Total installed power is 10 kW, shared across two 4 kW spindles.

Several profiles can be machined in a single cycle across the 2900 × 580 mm worktable, sharply lifting throughput. The twin spindles and twin cutters flexibly combine different cutter thicknesses to suit different profiles, while the rigid frame and high-precision spindles deliver outstanding milling quality from a compact 2850 × 2760 mm footprint.
